Cove Centre - building a brand from the ground up.

A team of psychologists in the Comox Valley needed a clear brand and professional digital presence to launch their new practice. I guided brand conversations to define their name, services, and values, then built everything from the ground up: logos, website, and simple automations to support daily operations.

The Comox Valley Food Bank - Modernizing Donor Management.

The team at the food bank was doing an outstanding job, but still relying on paper and spreadsheets to track donations. I worked with management to select and implement a donor management software, leading onboarding and coordinating across staff and other stakeholders. The shift has both modernized their systems and made future fundraising efforts measurable.

Strathcona Landscaping - Turning Meetings into Action.

An island based landscaping company with about a dozen employees struggled with long, unfocused meetings and unclear roles. I worked with the owner and team to redesign their meeting structure, clarify responsibilities, and set up a simple accountability system. The result: shorter meetings, stronger collaboration, and hours saved each week.
