Our work begins with a thoughtful conversation about your goals, both lifestyle and financial. Where your business has been, where it is now, and where you want it to go.
These conversations are detailed and nuanced. Competing goals surface. Assumptions get examined. Many clients find clarity or make the decision they've been sitting on before we even get to the document.
After our session I invest time researching and thinking throught your specific situation before preparing a Strategy Document. Three to five pages, built to be acted on immediately.
You can implement it yourself, hand it to someone else, or work with me on the next steps.
